Mind. Seeing the glass half full benefits more than just your outlook. Various studies suggest that optimism can protect against everything from breast cancer to the risk of stroke! It can also put money where your mouth is. Research shows that economies rebound faster when people are optimistic.

Body. According the Mayo clinic the adequate amount of daily water intake for the average sized woman is one half gallon plus one cup. Did you exercise today? add another 2 cups to that amount. Athletes calculate 2/3 oz of water per pound per day. Go Olympians!

Soul. We in the United States take our clean tap water for granted. Across the globe more than 4,000 children die each day from unsafe water and lack of basic sanitation facilities.
